We are overjoyed to invite you to our 62nd annual world missions conference!

Christ is the ruler of the kings of the earth (Rev. 1:5). He is building His kingdom all over the world today. He is gathering a people for Himself from every nation, tribe, and tongue. The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ (Rev. 11:15). He has commissioned us to proclaim His gospel and disciple the nations.

The theme for this year's conference is
REFORMATION & REVIVAL.
We need reformation - a rediscovery of the Word of God.
We need revival - an outpouring of the Spirit of God.

Gather with us as we celebrate our risen Lord and the work He is doing in us and through us in the nations.

2024 GUEST MINISTRY

ben bufkin

Pastor Ben Bufkin was born in Louisiana, but grew up in multiple states as his family traveled in ministry. He attended Gulf States Bible College as well as Moody Bible Institute.

After meeting his beautiful wife Estelle in 2001 they were married in 2003. Ben and Estelle have four amazing children, Joel, Eliana, Raegan, and Lincoln. Ben served in ministry at Living Word Church as an assistant pastor for 6 years before assuming the senior pastor role in March of 2018. Pastor Ben’s desire for Living Word Church is to see Christ exalted, disciples made, and believers equipped for gospel proclamation.

Jason King

Jason King pastors Faith Bible Chapel in Arvada, Colorado. He graduated from International Bible college in 2002 and has been in full-time ministry ever since. He has ministered in over 17 nations including serving as a missionary in England. He has a passion for the local church both here and around the world.

Jason and his wife Sheryl have two children; Seth and Ellie. Jason has followed God's call on his life as a youth pastor, worship pastor, mission’s pastor, men’s pastor and teaching pastor, each position contributing to his overall understanding of what God has for our church in the day in which we live. It's clear God has gifted Jason in many areas, chiefly preaching the Word of God.

AL JOHNSON

Pastor Al Johnson is a full blown texan; and raised east of Houston. He moved to San Antonio to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio and compete as a division 1 track athlete. During his sophomore year of college the Lord called him to this mission field.

At 21 years old he moved to live in Kenya, Africa where he would regularly preach the Bible, train church leaders, and teach English in a local High School. It was during his time in Kenya, where the Lord clearly called him back home to San Antonio to preach, pastor, and plant churches.

Pastor Al and his wife Jessica have four fabulous children; Deacon, Allie, Eleanor, and Knox. Al is the lead pastor of The Well Community Church. His mission is make dedicated disciples of Jesus who leave and lead legacies that point to Jesus.

MIKE HOOPER, JR

Mike is the founding and senior pastor of Redemption Hill Church, in San Antonio, TX. He has been in full-time pastoral ministry since 2002, and served as a missionary in Zimbabwe, Africa, where he met his beautiful wife, Antoinette. Together, they have five wonderful children.

All other ministers, guests, and CHRIST IS KING CHURCH members, please CLICK HERE to register. Child care will be provided at every session. LIGHT YOUR WORLD is hosted at CHRIST IS KING CHURCH in the unique and historic cities of San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Texas. Both cities have distinct and multicultural heritages. These serve as a constant reminder that the Gospel is for all people and must go to all nations.
