CHRIST IS KING CHURCH in San Antonio Texas exists to advance the Kingdom of Christ in every area of thought and life.

We are a family on a mission to tell everyone we can about the good news of Jesus. Come and enjoy the warmth of genuine relationships and be inspired as we learn from the Bible.

Time: We gather at 10 AM on Sunday mornings. Each service lasts about 90 minutes.

Music: We sing a mix of original songs, contemporary songs, and classic hymns, all of which are stir our affections for Christ. Our congregation loves to lift exalt Christ through song.

Sermon: We love the Bible! Our sermons are anchored in the truth of God’s word. The sermons are often weighty, but always practical. They aren’t a twenty minute Ted Talk with Bible verses sprinkled in. If you want to hear God’s Word preached with clarity and conviction, join us.

Children and Students: Children (3 months - 11 years) are checked into Kids for Christ before service. Children are also welcome to attend with their family in the service as well. (Our Youth Ministry meets Wednesday’s at 7 PM.)
On the first Sunday of every month, the children remain in service with the adults. We do keep the nursery open.

Communion: We observe The Lord’s Table each Sunday. It is essential to remember Christ’s death for us every time we gather. All believers in Christ are welcome at the table.

Prayer Ministry: During the last song of worship, we have a time for individual prayer ministry. If you have a need, we invite you to join with one of our leaders taking it before the Lord. Everyone is welcome to receive prayer.

Attire: We have an eclectic mix of dress and styles. You’ll find a relaxed atmosphere where you’ll fit right in, whether you’re wearing jeans and a t-shirt or your “Sunday best”. The emphasis for our worship is the content of our hearts and not the clothes we wear. You’re welcome to come just as you are.
