2018 GUEST MINISTRY
Chad & rachel hayes
Chad and Rachael Hayes reside in McDaniels, Kentucky with their three sons, Noah, Nathan and Jentzen and daughter, Bethyn. Chad is an Elder and Senior Pastor at Bethel Fellowship Church.
Chad graduated from International Bible College, where he and Rachael met, in 2001. In 2006 they moved to San Marcos, TX and planted a church which they led for 9 years.
Chad and Rachael also travel to minister in churches and outreaches nationally and internationally. They specialize in pastoral ministry, equipping leaders for evangelism and discipleship, and building leaders across generations. Chad and Rachael are the host for The Unbroken Line, a weekly radio program on the Box Two Radio Network, where they focus on the importance of crossing generational gaps for elder wisdom and youthful relevance.
Rachael has been involved in music ministry most of her life. She composed her first song at the age of six and has written countless others since. She serves as a worship leader, mentor and conference speaker.
Ron Hammonds
Dr. R.L. Hammonds became Senior Pastor of Golden Triangle Church on the Rock in Southeast Texas, in 1988. He and his wife Brenda have two children and nine grandchildren. Since pioneering his first Church in 1980, he has dedicated himself to enhancing and advancing the Kingdom of God through evangelism, discipleship, Church planting, and spiritually motivated humanitarian relief efforts worldwide.
Pastor Hammonds is the founder and president of Kingdom Expansion Resources, an international Church and ministry management and consulting group. He has served as vice president for the American Center for Law and Justice – West (ACLJ-W), and as vice president for Justice Advocates, providing a Pastoral perspective in legal efforts protecting and preserving Christian ideals.
From his early days as a bodyguard for both U.S. and foreign dignitaries to his current work with business and community leaders worldwide, Dr. Hammonds has gained a reputation for strategic planning and is considered an expert in problem solving and conflict management.
Hal santos
Hal was born in the hills of West Virginia on June 13, 1956 and was raised in Cleveland, Ohio with two older brothers. He gave his heart to the Lord at the age of 15 and used sports (wrestling & football) for his evangelistic outreach.
His formal education includes a Theology degree and counseling and a Masters of Organizational Leadership. In the summer of 1979, married his wife, Pamela, and they began serving the Lord together in youth evangelism. Hal joined the Grace Church staff as youth minister in the fall of 1984, and has served as lead pastor for the past 33 years. Hal and Pam have led Grace Church to be a vibrant, loving, and outreaching congregation.
Hal has utilized his love for wrestling and football as an evangelistic outreach to the communities in which he has served over the years. He has coached high school football in Louisiana, Georgia, and Illinois. His continued love for God and football has opened doors for him to share in several college and pro football chapels (LSU, Chicago Bears, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, Carolina Panthers, Minnesota Vikings, Tampa Bay Bucs, Seattle Seahawks).
Hal also serves as chaplain for several fire and police departments and other law enforcement agencies.
Philip Thompson
Born to missionary parents, Philip Thompson was raised on the mission field in the country of Mexico. In 1984, Philip married his wife, Tamera. They have two daughters, six grandsons and one granddaughter.
Philip served as a Chaplain’s Assistant in the United States Navy from 1984 to 1990. In 1993 he completed his Bachelors of Theology Degree from International Bible College, San Antonio, Texas. Shortly thereafter, he was called to serve as a staff pastor at Destiny Church, San Antonio, Texas. In 1996, he was called to be the Senior Pastor of Victory Church, Waupaca, Wisconsin, where he serves to date.
In June 2007, he earned a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Crown College, Minnesota. His ministerial passion is to organize ministry for maximum impact. His organizational theories for small and mid-size community churches have proven themselves in a number of settings including his own. In recent years, he has been called on to assist pastors in the development of strategic plans in both English and Spanish speaking churches.
Philip is also a motor sports enthusiast. At the top of his list are airplanes and snowmobiles. The long Wisconsin winters give plenty of opportunity to race snowmobiles and restore antique airplanes. As an instrument rated pilot, Philip enjoys flying short-term mission trips.
Ronnie Casillas
In April of 2015, after serving as pastor for 28 years, the Lord called Ronnie Casillas to transition his ministry from pastoring to working as a full-time evangelist licensed under Praise Chapel International.
Ronnie is the founder of Refiner's Fire Ministries and has a mandate to go into all the nations and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since transitioning from being a pastor to an evangelist, Ronnie has been busy about "Sounding Out to the Nations". The Lord has given him the opportunity to travel through nineteen states and through the countries of Mexico (12 times), Malaysia, Hong Kong, Haiti, and the Philippines. He has also had the privilege of training missionary students at a Bible College in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to go to the Muslim countries of the 10/40 window.
Ronnie is gifted in to identifying, activating and releasing the callings and purposes of God in the church in order to impact this world.
micah bell
Micah Bell is an artist, designer, and creative director. His art consists of paintings, digital drawings, and other mediums focusing on a variety of subjects. As a designer and creative director he has done much work for bands in the form of album packages, music videos, and merchandising. He works out of his studio in San Antonio, TX.
Micah will be leading a breakout session on how to use media to effectively communicate the vision of your ministry.

LIGHT YOUR WORLD is hosted at Destiny Church in the unique and historic city of San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio has a rich and unique missions heritage. San Antonio was first settled by Catholic missionaries who came here to share the gospel with the native people. For many years, International Bible College was one of the major hubs for training and sending missionaries all around the world. Destiny Church continues to carry this vision forward to the next generation of future pastors and missionaries.
